TRAINING TIMES

The Gym is open 24 hours to all financial members* of the club (access given at sign-up).

*Paid Annual & 3-Month Members. Does not include casuals.

Coached sessions available some evenings and mornings to provide an opportunity to train with other lifters in a supportive and focused environment. Lifters range from beginner through to experienced, and all levels are welcome.

Coached sessions are subject to change.  Coach's fees are payable directly to the coach and are not included in the membership fees.  Please contact the coach prior to your arrival.


If you are not a member, but wanting to come train outside of our regular coached session please contact club secretary Julie Davis on 0414 764 516 to arrange a time to drop-in.
