GYM HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • ALL persons must record full name, date/time of arrival/exit in the sign-in book.

  • Bring your own clean towel to each session.

  • Bring enough water for your training session. There is cold water found in the fridge, please refill jug once used.

  • Shoes must be worn while lifting.

  • Toilets are on the left hand side of the building towards the railway at the back..

  • Dispose of all rubbish in the plastic bin provided. Please no food scraps in the inside bins.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ENTRY?

Children training as members supervised are allowed (and encouraged!), However we cannot allow smaller children playing on or around the equipment- it is not safe.

GYM ETIQUETTE 

  • Dispose of all rubbish in the plastic bin provided. Please no food scraps in the inside bins.

  • Our gym is run by its members, please keep it tidy and put away any equipment after use. 

  • Do not remove any equipment from the gym without explicit permission from the NBWA Committee.

  • For any equipment requests, please fill out the request form (can be obtained from the committee).  

GYM Merchandise

  • NBWA has shirts available for $30- sizes vary.

  • Chalk can also be purchased from the club for $5.
